Defective Merchandise: HandsOn Grooming will replace a defective item upon inspection at our facility. Return for exchange claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be sent prepaid freight. No Cash Refunds.
All returns for exchange must be authorized by HandsOn Grooming. Returns from dealer’s customers will only be accepted upon approval from both HandsOn Grooming and Dealer where item was purchased.
All returns for exchange must have a copy of the original invoice, and note with contact information and explanation for why the item(s) are being returned for exchange.
